Registration: Registration will run through January 31st.  The cost of the program is $200 ($175 early-bird pricing if you register by January 21st).

US Lacrosse Registration: It is a league requirement that all PAL Boys Lacrosse participants are a member of US Lacrosse.  Please make sure that your that player is registered and that their membership is up to date.  You will be required to include the player’s US Lacrosse # as part of the PAL Boys Lacrosse registration.  The link for the US Lacrosse website is below.

Participants: The program is open to all Berkeley Heights and Mountainside students in grades 3rd - 8th (we expect to have one team per grade). Please see below for some specific information for grades 3, 4, and 8.

Commitment: Practice (2-3 per week) starts in early March, with games running from early April through early June.

Games: Each team will play approximately 12 games, plus 1-2 tournaments.

Equipment Requirements: All players will need full lacrosse equipment: lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, cup, and mouth guard.

Grades 3 and 4: These grades are still in need of coaches as complete coaching staffs comprised of a head coach and 2 assistant coaches have yet to be fully assembled.  If you are interested in volunteering your time please e-mail  .  If we cannot identify enough coaches then trainers may need to be used to further support these teams at an incremental cost.

Grade 8: Given the large number of expected participants for this grade we anticipate having 2 teams.  Tryouts will be held in February with an “A” and “B” format likely used.
