Berkeley Heights PAL Cheerleading 

 

 

 

 

Heights P.A.L Cheerleading is open to Berkeley Heights and Mountainside students in grades 3rd - 8th. Teams are split based on age level and skill. We cheer for the BH PAL football teams on Sundays in September through mid-November.

 

Sign ups will begin in late June/early July and will close on August 21st. Practices will start mid-August and be once a week for the entire season. Day and time of practice will be determined when teams are set.
