Summer Camp - Girls Flag
It's BACK... the third annual girl’s flag football camp! This is a new sport that is gaining attention both nationally and here in Berkeley Heights, and we are looking forward to teaching the skills needed to excel in this game to all girls who are interested.
General football rules, strategy and sportsmanship will be stressed.
We take pride in teaching our athletes the importance of hard work, responsibility, and competition.
We believe these skills translate into future success in athletics, but more importantly, in life.
CAMP CONCENTRATIONS:
- PROPER BLOCKING FORM
- BALL SECURITY
- THROWING AND CATCHING
- PUNTING
- ULTIMATE FOOTBALL & 7-7 GAMES
- AGILITY DRILLS
- COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES
*All campers will receive instruction in all offensive and defensive positions. We believe all football players should learn how to catch a football, throw a football, and play offense and defense.

WHEN: Monday July 6th - Thursday July 9th (rain date Friday, July 10th), 9am - 12pm

WHO: Girls entering grades 2-8. **No experience required! Camp is open to non-residents**
COST: $160
INCLUDES: Customized Flag Camp T-Shirt (if registered by May 1st)
