Ages
10U Girls - 3rd and 4th Grade
12U Girls - 5th and 6th Grade
14U Girls - 7th and 8th Grade
Equipment & Uniforms
- Uniform will consist of a game jersey, mouth guard and cleats. Gloves optional.
Rules
Team format is 7 vs 7 with 10-15 players per team.
Game rules have been established by NJSIAA.

Can I volunteer to coach?
Yes! This is a parent-led program. Volunteer coaches are needed and at the core of the success of the program. Please select to be a coach when registering your daughter or contact Alaina at akelly@bhpal.org

Girls grades 3-8
Practices will be at the coach's discretion - likely Tuesday or Thursday afternoon.
Games will be on Sundays evenings at West Orange High School. Season will run from September 13th - November 8th.
