Flag Football - Girls
Ages
10U Girls - 3rd and 4th Grade
12U Girls - 5th and 6th Grade
14U Girls - 7th and 8th Grade
Equipment & Uniforms
- Uniform will consist of a game jersey (included in registration), mouth guard and cleats. Gloves optional.
- We will have an online store to purchase optional girls flag merch.
Schedule
- Practices will be 2 times per week on weekdays beginning the week of March 9th.
- Games will be on Saturdays from April 11th through May 16th.
- Playoffs will be held on May 30th.
- Championship will be held on June 6th.
- 8th Grade All-Star Game will be held on June 13th.
Rules
Team format is 7 vs 7 with 10-15 players per team.
Game rules have been established by NJSIAA.

Can I volunteer to coach?
Yes! This is a parent-led program. Volunteer coaches are needed and at the core of the success of the program. Please select to be a coach when registering your daughter or contact Alaina at akelly@bhpal.org

**NEW for 2026! We are opening up our program to girls in 3rd and 4th grade to form 10U Teams**
Girls grades 3-8 ~ NO cuts
Price $200 (includes personalized reversible game jersey)
Practices will begin the week of March 9th and will be twice a week.
Games will be on Saturdays and will run from April 11th - June 6th.
